We’re not big on headshots — most of us prefer being behind the scenes. So here’s some images held dear to us, plus a few words about the real people who keep this thing running. Just a wee team of candle elves doing their best, where they can.
Our Founder
Sophie
She started this during the pandemic — but she’s lived at least ten lives before that. Former restaurateur, wine whisperer, student of law (and the world), digital marketing wizard… and now, she dreams up scented items and rituals that smell like memory and meaning. She’s intimidatingly smart, Barbie-career-coded, and carries a frighteningly well-rounded aura. But deep down? Fluffy teddy bear energy and one of the most empathetic hearts we’ve ever known.

Every brand has a backbone. Ours is Cristina. She’s been here since nearly the beginning — holding the fort, answering countless emails, locking in collaborations, and shaping what Innerfyre Co. became (with a dog on her lap or by her feet). Quiet, soft-spoken, kind to the core — she’s poured just as much heart into this as wax. We wouldn’t be the same without our Cristina 💖

We don’t all fit into one tidy bio, but trust: Innerfyre Co. is held together by a beautiful mess of candle-pourers, copywriters, workshop hosts, logistics legends, and team chat philosophers. Some of us write scent stories. Some of us chase down missing parcels. All of us care too much — which, lucky for you, makes for a pretty dope brand (if we do say so ourselves, hehe).

Why We Exist
It started because the world felt too loud — and scent was the only thing that helped us feel real again. Innerfyre Co. was never about making pretty candles. It was about crafting small rituals you could return to. When you feel too much. When you feel nothing at all. When you don’t know what you feel yet — but need something to hold onto.
